With over 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and leadership — from scaling regional teams at Whole Foods to leading operations and finance as COO at Portal Warehousing — I’ve seen firsthand how implementing strong, reliable systems creates the freedom and confidence founders need to thrive.
Through Biz Ops Studio, I’m dedicated to helping small businesses and startups streamline and strengthen their financial and operational foundations. This means clean, accurate books, automated and insightful reporting, seamlessly connected tools, and a level of structure that supports sustainable and scalable growth.
Beyond work, I’m a husband, girl dad, and golfer who truly believes that great businesses are built the same way great rounds of golf are played — with patience, precision, and momentum, one thoughtful step at a time.
